ENCLOSED HERE WITH IS THE LATEST LATE NOTICE WITH THE RENT CALCULATIONS FOR THE PAST SIX MONTHS. THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE IS NOW AT $9316.00 INCLUDING LATE FEES. IN SPITE OF YOUR PROMISES TO CATCH UP ON THE RENT YOU HAVE BECOME FURTHER AND FURTHER BEHIND.

YOU HAVE MADE NO ATTEMPT TO CALL ME AND THE FACT THAT YOU CLAIM TO NOT HAVE A PHONE MAKES IT IMPOSIBLE FOR ME TO CONTACT YOU. I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE A PHONE! I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT YOU WILL CATCH UP ON THE RENT!

I CAN NO LONGER AFFORD TO RENT TO YOU UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES

YOU MUST CONTACT ME WITH A WAY TO REPAY THE RENT THAT IS OWED OR AT LEAST MAKE A LARGE PAYMENT ON ACCOUNT WITH THE PROMISE TO MAINTAIN THE FULL MONTHLY RENT. IF YOU CAN MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO DO THAT, I WOULD BE WILLING TO AGREE TO FORGIVE ALL THE LATE FEES ACCUMULATED SO FAR. YOU MUST ALSO GET A PHONE. A PREPAID PHONE WOULD COST $30.00 AND WOULD LAST MONTHS IF YOU JUST USED IT FOR ME. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR NO PHONE OTHER THAN TO AVOID ME.
