Please be advised that I have attempted to contact you on many occasions regarding payment of your back rent. I have made numerous calls to your cell phone many times a day, day after day, week after week, to no avail. You do not return any of my phone calls and have been evasive and uncooperative.

As per the attached late notice, your rent is now in arrears in the amount of $ 2570.00. As you are aware, your rent payments have been continualy late for eight months consecutively and I can no longer afford to support your tenancy. Your outstanding balance continues to increase.

If you would like to remain a tenant, you must pay the entire back rent this month or start a strict repayment schedual of no less than $ 400.00 per week, every week, until the back rent is paid up in full and your rent is current.

Please be advised that unless your back rent is paid in full or if you do not contact me within five (5) days to commit to a payment schedual, I will take the approprate steps to terminate your tenancy.

Your cooperation in this matter is required.
