understand that I acquire no rights in an apartment or
home until I sign a lease or rental agreement accepted by
the agent or owner and make a deposit on the
property. This deposit will be held in accordance
with the rental agreement. In return for the
landlord's holding the property for me, I hereby waive all
rights to the return of the deposit. The deposit
will be held as liquidated damages in the event that I
choose not to take occupancy. Imperial Realty has the right to
charge $40 credit check fee. A credit investigation
is being initiated
involving the statements made on this
application. I/we certify to the best of knowledge
all statements are true and complete and I authorize
William Imperial and Jolene Imperial T/A IMPERIAL REALTY to
obtain credit reports, character reports and rental
history as needed to verify above
