    1) Paint foundation in a complimentary color to the siding.
    2) Stain rear deck and side steps in a grey.
    3) Paint entry doors and garage doors.


Clayton Lane All Cottages

    1) Scrape, prime and paint all six steel doors leading to basements. These doors need to be greeced on all the hinges and moving parts. The paint must be an oil based metal paint like rustoleum. Paint all six pairs of doors the same color, a grey or similar stock color.
   2) Paint all foundations a complimentary color to the siding.
   3) Paint or stain all front decks (only 2 on the street so far but all will have them)
   4) Trim any shrubs, plants etc. directy around each house.
   5) Build plant beds around each house using the landscape blocks sold at Home Depot. Some of the cottages have plant beds made with rock or railroad ties. Those will have to be removed and replaced with the blocks. Start with house numbers 1 and 2.
