In the hour of
the morning
as the earth
begins it's yawning
and a dewdrop stops
to take a peak
upon a roses'
unfurling leaf.
The morning dew
kissed the
budding rose
and a silent love
about arose.
The sunshine slowly
raised it's head
to waken those
upon their bed.
Mother nature awoke
from sleep
to hear a newborn
robin peep.
It watched the wind
and leaves at play
and the dawning
of a new day.
In this hour of
the morning with
nature's wonders
in my view
I stop and think
about my blessings
and know that one
of them is you.
As the sunset brings
new treasures
that my eyes
can gaze upon
and the morning's
beauteous pleasures
fades into a day
that's gone
you are there
in heart and mind
during everything I do
not just sometimes
but I find
that
