The Singapore Mass Rapid Transit System

Singapore is a very densely populated island/city and needs most of its precious land to house its people. Therefore little room for cars. Their solution? Make it very expensive to own and drive cars and offer a public transit service that is extensive, fast, reliable, clean and above all affordable. Singapore did just that. The part of the Singapore Mass Rapid Transit system I fell in love with is the MRT. The trains run partly underground, partly above and, combined with the bus service, one can travel to just about every corner of Singapore. For me Singapore was as easy to navigate as my back yard. So, let's go take some rides thru my back yard.
