The comfort of a summer breeze

Beneath the willow tree

The sounds of waves upon the beach

On the deep blue open sea.

The colors of the flowers

That open in the sun

The brightness of a summer day

The children having fun.

The contentment of a newborn babe

Laying at their mothers breast

The smile on a fathers face

When he proudly says his son is best.

The laughter on a childs face

When mother holds them tight

The silence of a home with love

Sleeping quiet through the night.

The freshness of the mountain air

Far up in the hills

The sounds of birds singing their songs

Beneath the window sills.

The things I have described to you

Are more precious than the rarest gem

Thank-you God for all these things

For YOU created them.
