This was my first quilt made with ideas from "One-of-a-Kind Quilts" by Judy Hopkins.
I was inspired by some new purple and yellow iris fabric bought at People's Place in Lancaster, PA.
The tulip pattern was from a quilt magazine.
I finished it during the '92 Winter Olympics.
On a visit to Darrel, we took 3 quilts and let him choose.
This was his pick. He is an avid flower gardener.
