I did most of this quilt in a one-day class at FCQ in 2003. The teacher showed us several interesting ways to do various tasks. For example, we used a basting thread that could be spritzed off. We also did some easy padded applique. I think the flowers are held in place with the button centers. Several people admired the fabric for the bowl. This was a gift for Roy, who particularly liked the title stitched onto the front of the quilt.
