Skywalk

Spring-seasoned skywalk
Above Heaven's highest cloud
Her spirit dances...

Pacific

Pacific affair
For love of seas beyond reach
Quieted souls drift

Gray ocean dream-like
Tossing thoughts to dolphins fins
Waking the salt waves

Wildest sea of storms
Hurricane passage to fear
Constantly changing

Beautiful waters
Cresting like thunderhead clouds
Calm when moon is new

Soaring ships sail smooth
Splashing against rocky cliffs
Meeting the moonlight

form is used in a chain of 5/7/5 syllable lines)

Crepe-paper flowers
Bobbing their heads in the breeze
Waving to be picked

Sunlight brightens thoughts
Filters through flimsy pastels
Warming a girl's heart

Fresh scent in the air
Garden touched by Nature's gifts
Blooms paint the wind bright

Sound of bird's sweet song
Carries the voice of summer
Tender blooms close-dance
