Easy Meatloaf

Ingredients:



Cook's Note: I use my hands to mix this meatloaf. No spoons required!

Mix bread crumbs, onion, and seasonings. Add meat and mix well. Then mix in egg thoroughly. Mix in chili sauce and enough juice to make a soft loaf. Sprinkle celery flakes on bottom of 9" loaf pan. Pat in meat mixture. You may top with additional chili sauce. Bake at 350° F. for 1 hour.

Notice there is no salt in this loaf. You may add salt and a little pepper to taste. This is my aunt's recipe. She made this for my grandfather who was on salt-restricted diet.
