Find an ISP to Use with MSNTV
Due to the large number of Internet Service Providers (ISP), we no longer provide information to our customers on the compatibility of specific ISP's with MSN TV service.
However, we (MSNTV) do provide the following suggestions to customers on how to find an ISP:
Sign up with MSN by calling 800-FREE-MSN (800-3733-676)
Check your local Yellow Pages under "Internet Service."
Visit the following Websites, which list access providers across the country:

Not all ISPs are compatible with the MSN TV service. Listed below are questions you should ask an ISP to find out if it is compatible with MSN TV service.
Questions customers should ask their ISPs:
1.Do you support PPP (Point to Point Protocol)?
2.Do you support PAP (Password Authentication Protocol)?
3.Is the speed of the local access phone number at least 28.8Kps/14,400BPS?
4.Do you have local access phone numbers for my calling area?
5.How much do you charge for this connection?
6.Will you offer technical support for connecting to the MSN TV service? (your ISP needs to help you in case you have problems dialing into their service.)
Note: AOL, CompuServe and Prodigy do not comply with the compatibility requirements for the Use Your ISP program.
