see all the text you moved? you've successfully cut, copy and pasted some text! Congratulations! over time you will get use to this and it will become automatic so don't worry about it.. now... are you ready to cut and paste some text that's NOT in a textarea box?? hit your find key on your keyboard now, type in the field the word you've, now click Find on Page, do you SEE the highlighted word? hold down your Shift key and use your directional buttons (the keys on your keyboard that have arrows on them) and press the down arrow key until ALL the desired text that you want to cut and paste is hightlighted.. now let go of the keys and Press & HOLD your cmd button and tap your C key once, then tap your X key once.. (you will hear small clicks if you have a classic webtv) now go to the next textarea box and paste the words in there (press and hold cmd button while tapping the letter V once) |
