This is a Lady Timeless Tutorial




.. you ever find the perfect image but it nearly BLINDS you with the glare of the color? .. Well now you can tone it down a bit but also you can use this technique to change or alter the color of your images and backgrounds .. it's really very simple if you know how to use Image Magick :-))

I will use a basic red blank banner and this will be so fast you won't know you've learned something :-) I took the banner to Image Magick and clicked "view" then at the top of the page you'll click "Enhance", in the Parameter field you'll see 1.6, (I don't pay any attention to the 6) now click the red radio button to the brightness* feature, I treat the Parameter as I would percentage and at what degree I want the brightness of the image to shine through (so-to-speak), if you'd just like 80% of the image to show through then place 80.6 in the Parameter field, if you'd like 70% then place 70.6 in the Parameter field and so on: here I show you from the very start and what Parameter I used down to 30.6 (eventually the image will turn to black of course)

:::basically the lower the Parameter the darker the image::: {keep in mind TWO things:: this only works best with jpgs and jpgs CANNOT have a transparent background!!} some gifs MAY work tho :-)
