HI. My name is Terri. I learned how to CCP much easier than reading the Webtv directions. Lets see if I can explain it to you.

To copy what I just wrote, you PUSH the FIND KEY*. and write in the first word you wish to copy.

In this case WE'LL USE .....Terri.

Hit the return key

It will highlight that word.

Then you HOLD DOWN "SHIFT" and the down arrow at the same time .

The highlight will go down as far as you want to copy.

Then carefully HOLD DOWN THE CMD KEY and C --(you might hear a grinding sound if you have good hearing and everything else is silent.)

NOW... go to your mail list

OR

I have added a box at the very bottom of this page, to practice in as if it were your EmaiL page.

YOU CAN GO THERE NOW.

OR

FOR EMAIL: Click WRITE, to get your letter form.

Go below SUBJECT line with your cursor (where you begin a letter)

THEN, you HOLD DOWN CMD and gently tap V. ONCE. ONLY ONCE

It may hesitate a second but your total copy will appear on the page.

CMD & X -- How do I explain that??? It will remove 'live' text (like in your sig box or editing a web page.) It will NOT remove 'set' text.(a received email or a finished web page)
