Nothing is more relaxing than living on the water. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the skyline of Atlantic City from the deck, and the exciting nightlife and wonderful restaurants of Atlantic City, Ocean City, and other nearby shore towns.

For those of you who do not know what floating homes are... They are quite unique and are very popular in the Sausalito and Seattle areas. In the movie Sleepless in Seattle, Tom Hanks lived in one.

It is not a houseboat -- it has no motor and does not move and only the bottom is made of fiberglass. It is made of the same construction as a regular house (cedar siding on the outside, wood, sheetrock, etc. on the inside).

It is located in a marina in a quiet lagoon. It is multi-level with two bedrooms and bath on the lower level, kitchen and bath on the first level, and living room and bedroom on the upper level. It is tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home. The kitchen has a white ceramic tiled floor, the bathrooms are ceramic tile, and living room and bedrooms are carpeted.

Special appearances are made by an innumerable amount of wildlife ranging from various interesting birds, turtles, minnows, blue claw crabs, and for the fisherman - striper, flounder, and blue fish!

If you own a boat, just tie it to the rear dock and enjoy the convenience of having it at your fingertips.
