The jailhouse was built to lock up the unruly visitors that happen into our peaceful valley. Oh. That is the deputy constable peering out the door.

Sometimes the County Sheriff drops in to see if things are running smoothly.

Then one day George Hushman came by the jailhouse to play checkers with the deputy. When he got out of his 1930 Chevy, he stepped back, took a picture of it and sent it to me. So here it is below, parked next to the jailhouse. Thanks George.



The squad car below is what the officers patrol the town in.
