On Mother's Day, May 13, 2002, I got my first dog. Well, actually, my second dog, I had another dog 8 years back. She passed to doggy heaven. But Emmy has now come into our lives. She is my pound puppy, for that is where we got her.

A couple of weeks after Emmy came along, we got Bailey. Bailey came from a family that had no time for her. She was also a saved puppy. She had a sister, but she was adopted out by the former family.

My Emmy has died, hit by a truck after she ran away. I love you Emmy.

February 13, 2002-August 5, 2005

The two dogs, although very different sizes, Emmy is 46 pounds to Bailey's mere 11 pounds, they love each other and get depressed when not together.

The two are very good at looking cute.

we now have a male dog named Rudy. He is a red pitbull mix

We also have another female shih tzu named "Little Bit".
