GOODNIGHT

SLEEP TIGHT AND PRAY ALL IS WELL IN THE MORNING.. DO ANY OF YOU REMEMBER ANY SAYINGS THAT YOUR FAMILY DID OR SAID WHEN YOU WENT TO BED. AS A CHILD MY MOM ALWAYS TUCKED ME IN AND SAID I LOVE YOU AND THEN SEE YOU IN THE MORNING..

My Mother always said "Goodnight, sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite." Another favorite of hers was "Now I lay me down to sleep" prayer..The last line always scared me so I couldn't fall asleep..(If I should die before I wake, I pray the Lord my soul to take..")

Love the picture in your sig Bee. You two love birds are such an example for us all. When I tucked my kids into bed at night, I used to say, "I love you, goodnight, sweet dreams, and see ya in the morning." Now they say that to their kids.

My Sis and I slept in twin beds in the same room and my Mom and Dad always came in the room and listened to our prayers and usually read us a story and always kissed us on the forehead and said they loved us and see you in the morning. John and I always did the same with our kids, but they each had a room so we took turns each night...John went in one of the girls rooms and I went in the other. When Johnnie came along 10 years later we did the same thing.

My Mom was always in bed before I was. She had asthma. I always slept with my Sis. I always kissed my Mom and Dad goodnight.
