European Coffee Mixes


Swiss Style Mocha
combine:
1/2 cup instant coffee
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1 cup powdered milk

4 tbsp of mix per cup of hot water. This makes 24 c. Store mix in airtight container.



Cafe Cappuccino
combine:
1/2 cup instant coffee
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp orange zest
1 cup powdered milk

Use 2-3 tbsp per cup of hot water. This will make 10 cups. Store as above recipe.



Italian Mocha Expresso
combine:
1 cup instant coffee
1 cup sugar
4 1/2 cup powdered milk
1/2 cup cocoa

Use 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp per cup of hot water.
Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. This makes 18 cups. Store as above.



Cafe Viennese
Combine:
1 cup instant coffee
1 cup sugar
23 cup powdered milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 1/2 - 3 tbsp per cup of boiling water. This makes 30 cups.



Fireside Coffee
combine:
2 cups Swiss Miss cocoa
2 cups coffeemate
1 cup instant coffee
1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
12 nutmeg

Put in a blender and mix well. Use 2 tbsp per cup of hot water. Makes about 35 -40 cups.



Spiced Tea
2 cups Tang orange mix
12 cup instant tea
2 pkgs of lemonade Kool Aid
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves

Mix well. use 2-3 heaping teaspoons per cup of hot water Makes about 15 cups.



Instant Cocoa
8 qts powdered milk
1 lb Quick Cocoa ....Nestles' I assume
1/2 box of confectioner's sugar
3/4 cup coffeemate

Mix well. use 1-2 heaping tbsp to cup of hot water. Store all of these mixes in an airtight container and they will last indefinitely.
