Extemporaneous Cake |
| 1 Lemon cake mix, mix as directed on pkg except add 1 tsp vanilla and
bake in 3 layers. While cake is baking, mix : 1 small box of instant vanilla pudding with 1 20oz can of crushed pineapple, undrained. Then fold in 1 1/2 - 2 cup of whipped cream or Cool whip. Put in refrigerator to keep cool until the cake is cool. Cool the cake competely and then spread the filling in between the layers and on top of the cake. Store any uneaten cake in the refrigerator. |
