Pork Schnitzel and Noodles

4-6 Pork Steaks or Pork Chops
1 Med. Onion Chopped
1 1/2 Cups Water
1 Beef Bouillon Cube
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 Can mushrooms, drained
1 small bag of Noodles, cooked, drained
4 oz mozzarella cheese
Fried bacon or bacon bits

Cut pork in small pieces and brown in skillet. Remove from skillet and keep warm. Saute onion until light brown and clear in color. Mix 1 1/2 cups water, bouillon cube and one tablespoon cornstarch in the skillet with the onions. Cook sauce until it starts to thicken. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.

In 9 X 13 baking dish lay the chopped, browned pork in the bottom. Lay the cooked noodles over the pork. Sprinkle the cheese over the noodles and pour the sauce over the cheese, noodles and pork. Sprinkle the bacon bits and mushrooms over the cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
