Pork Chop Casserole |
Ingredients: 4 pork chops can of cream of chicken or mushroom or potato soup cup heavy cream can hominy thin sliced potatoes Brown your chops on each side but don't cook them until done. Mix a can of cream of chicken, mushroom, or potato soup with a cup of heavy cream (whipping cream) mix in can of hominy (yellow or white), drained. Arrange thinly sliced potatoes in the bottom of a square baking dish, pour soup mixture over all and place the pork chops on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes. Even if you hate hominy, you will love this recipe. |
