Sorgum Cake

1 1/2 cups sorgum molasses
1 cup cooking oil
2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 whole egg
1 cup buttermilk

Preheat your over to 375 degrees.
Grease sheetcake pan or square pan.
Mix all ingredients in the order given. Pour into cake pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center and comes out clean.

Best eaten bald-headed but you can ice it with your favorite icing.
