3/4 cup Evaporated Milk
1 cup Sugar
1 pinch Salt
3 oz. package Cherry Flavored Gelatin Mix
1 cup Butter
2 cups White Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 cup chopped Maraschino Cherries
Butter an 8x8 inch dish. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil and stir in gelatin mix. Boil 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in butter, white chocolate chips, vanilla and chopped cherries. Pour into prepared pan. Chill 2 hours before serving. Cut into squares.
