BUTTERMILK FUDGE

Ingredients

2 cups Sugar

1 tsp Baking Soda

3 tbsp White Corn Syrup

3 tbsp Butter

1 cup Buttermilk

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 cup Chopped Nuts

Preparation

Butter 8 or 9 inch square pan. Combine all ingredients except vanilla and chopped nuts. Cook in heavy pan over low heat to soft ball stage. Add vanilla and nuts. Beat until thick & pour into buttered square pan. When firm, cut into squares.
