CRISPY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients

1/2 cup Softened Butter

1 cup Sugar

1 Egg

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 & 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/4 tsp Salt

2 cups Crisp Rice Cereal

1 cup Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Mix well. Combine flour, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture; blend well. Add crisp rice and chocolate chips. Drop by tsp on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 minutes. Cool slightly on cookie sheets; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Yield: 3 & 1/2 dozen.
