CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients

2 & 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour
2/3 cup Cocoa
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup softened Butter
3/4 cup Sugar
2/3 cup firmly packed Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
1 cup Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, cocoa, soda and salt; set aside. In large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Gradually add flour mixture; blend well. Add chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 9 to 10 minutes, until edges are lightly browned. Cool two minutes before removing from sheets. Makes about 30 3-inch cookies.
