1 cup Butter
1/3 cup Cocoa
2/3 cup Powdered Sugar
1 & 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
Cream butter until light and fluffy. Blend in cocoa, sugar, and flour. Chill 1 hour. Drop by rounded tsp 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 300 degrees for about 20 minutes or until the cookies are set. Makes about four dozen cookies. |
