CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE

Ingredients

2 Eggs

1/2 cup All Purpose Flour

1/2 cup Sugar

1/2 cup firmly packed Light Brown Sugar

3/4 cup softened Butter

1 cup chopped Walnuts

1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips

9 inch unbaked Pie Shell*

Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs at high speed until foamy. Beat in flour, sugar and brown sugar until well blended. Beat in softened butter. Stir in walnuts and chocolate chips. Pour in pie shell. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted midway between center and edge comes out clean and top is golden brown. Cool before slicing.

* I have found that this recipe sometimes fills two 9 inch pie shells.
