3 tbsps All Purpose Flour
1 & 2/3 cups Sugar
1 cup mashed Sweet Potatoes
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Light Corn Syrup
1/4 tsp ground Nutmeg
Pinch of Salt
1/2 cup Butter
3/4 cup Evaporated Milk
9-inch unbaked Pie Shell
In large mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
