SWEET POTATO BISCUITS

Ingredients

1 & 1/4 cups Flour

1 tbsp Baking Powder

2 tsp packed Brown Sugar

1/2 tsp Salt

1/3 cup Shortening

1 Egg

1/2 cup mashed, cooked Sweet Potatoes

2 tbsp Milk

Preparation
Mix ingredients and roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut out biscuits and bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Yield: 8 biscuits.
