CHEESE BALLS

Ingredients

1 pkg (8 oz) softened Cream Cheese
4 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese, softened
2 tbsp Milk
2 tbsp Minced Onion
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Coarsely Cracked Black Pepper
1/2 cup crumbled Bleu Cheese
Minced Fresh Parsley
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Finely Chopped Pecans

Preparation

In bowl, beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, milk, onion & worcestershire sauce until mix is fluffy. Divide into thirds. Shape first portion into a ball and roll in cracked pepper. Add the bleu cheese to the second portion; mix well; shape into a ball. Roll in parsley. Add garlic powder to third portion; mix well; shape into ball. Roll in pecans. Cover and refrigerate. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour before serving. Serve with crackers. Yield: 3 cheese balls.
