MAPLE POPCORN BALLS

Ingredients

1/2 cup Popcorn

1 cup Maple Syrup

2 tbsp Butter

1 tsp Vanilla

Preparation

Pop the popcorn. In a heavy saucepan, cook the maple syrup and butter to 260°F. on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat and add the vanilla. Stir well and pour over the popped corn. With lightly buttered hands, shape into balls.
