Crock Pot Pumpkin Butter
Ingredients
29 oz can Pumpkin Puree (not pie filling)
2 tsp ground Ginger
1 1/2 cups Granulated Splenda
1 tsp ground Nutmeg
3/4 cup unsweetened Apple Juice
1/2 tsp ground Cloves (or allspice)
2tsp ground Cinnamon
Combine ALL ingredients in Crock Pot. Cover. Cook on High for 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Cool, then refrigerate.
