My music taste is varied ranging from jazz, blues. rock, reggae, American Indian and some country.I am half Oglala Sioux Indian and half French and deeply spiritual, connected very much to my Indian Heritage.
I live in Northern California. I enjoy gazing at the stars, walks on the beach, communing with nature. My
height is 5ft.4 1/2 inches, weight is 110 lbs,long
dark hair, green eyes. I work out and also enjoy walking.
My belief is that life is short and we are all on this planet together and we need to be good to each other. To treat all Humans and Animals with Love and Respect and to Honor The Great Spirit and all He has given us.

The pictures below are of my Tunkasila (Grandfather) and one of his Brothers and one of his Sisters and me. As you see one of them has Chief Sitting Bull as well in it. The Shield in these pictures was made by Chief Sitting Bulls Great Great Grandson. I am Honored to have it.

(All my Relations)
The old people came to literally love the soil
and they sat or reclined on the ground
with a feeling of being close to a mothering power.
It was good for the skin to touch the earth
and the old people liked to remove their moccasins
and walk with bare feet
on the sacred earth.
Their tipis were built upon the earth
and their altars were made of earth.
The birds that flew in the air
came to rest upon the earth
and it was the final abiding place
of all things that lived and grew.
The soil was soothing, strengthening,
cleansing and healing.
That is why the old Indian still sits upon the earth
instead of propping himself up
away from its life-giving forces.
For him,
to lie or sit upon the ground
is to be able to think more deeply
and feel more keenly.

A Beautiful Tipi is like a Good Mother. She hugs her Children to her and protects them from heat and cold, storm and rain.
