You can cuss the Web for slowness,
Even downgrade its "upgrades,"
Loudly gripe about "Real Audio,"
And improvements they ain't made.Sure, its brought me some frustrations,
But its also brought me joy,
Just a little blinkin' black box,
And my favorite Christmas toy.
Heck, it brings us all together,
Some to help and some to jeer,
But with it, we span oceans,
That's an egg right in your beer!
So let's quiet all the gripin',
An' look at what we've got,
The world right at our fingertips,
I'd say that's quite a lot.
Well that's just the way I see it,
I give the Web its due,
To me it's really somethin',
