Can you resize an animated image ?

You can resize an animated image at gifworks, but you may have to seperate the frames and resize each frame and reanimate to get it to work right

How can I slow down an animated bar at Image Magick ?

When you output your gif...bar....try playing with "delay".
Put zero 0 in the loop feature
Then try using different delay numbers to slow it down and going back and forth until you reach the speed you like.
It is written in 100ths of a second,
From 1/100 to 3200/100 or so.
I first start with typing in 30/100 and work from there...raising the number and lowering the number.
Hard to say what delay number would work on which gif....they are all different
