JESUS AROSE

Low in the grave He lay
Jesus my Savior
Waiting the coming day
Jesus my Lord

Up from the grave He arose
With a mighty triumph o'er His foes
He arose a Victor from the dark domain
And He lives forever, with His saints to reign

He arose! He arose!
Hallelujah! Christ arose!

Vainly they watch His bed
Jesus my Savior
Vainly they seal the dead
Jesus my Lord!

Death cannot keep its Prey
Jesus my Savior
He tore the bars away
Jesus my Lord!

MY MASTER

When evening shadows gatherd high,
And twinkling stars shined brightly in the sky
I heard my Master say to me,
"I made it all for you to see!"

When morning broke with the sun rise
I felt the beauty from my Jesus's eyes
I remembered His tears when on the cross
He died for all that were lost

Slowly, as I awoke to the sun's ray
I recall in the grave my Jesus lay
Oh, but on the third day under guard with out a sign
My Jesus arose from the tomb he had removed sin from all mankind

With so much Love in my heart a Prayer I must say
Thank you God for giving Your Son this day
The greatest day known since time began
They named it Easter in every land!
