The magic of the words "True Love" bring joy to our heart
There is a greater love called "Eternal Love" from us will never part
Do you have that Eternal Love deep in your soul?
The love God bestowed through His son to make us whole
He made his children Promises that He shall never break
Is it not our duty as his child to share the story of Jesus, His son, for other's sake?
I love to tell the story they sang of old
Of how Jesus saved me from sin and made my life whole
Standing on His promises of God my King
Sharing with all the Eternal Love our Lord will bring
The greatest promise we have read or heard
We find in God's Holy Word
John 3:16
Promises are fragile words to speak
If made sincerely we pray to keep
Perhaps at times they will be broken
That is the time we feel God has spoken
Remember the Scripture He reveals to us again to fill?
What ever we do, promise or say the ending should be--"If it shall be God's will?"
Then if by a reason beyond our control it is broken
We recall the words He had spoken
God, in His Promises always knows best
That is when our Faith becomes the test
It is then His Eternal Love overpowers us from above to take
Our own good intentions and promises to others must wait
Time is of no essence now, so we Pray
Lord, give us patience in Your own way
Your Blessings so many we cannot count them all
Thanking You for the smallest things least we should fall
While waiting your return for your children here
Thoughts are clinging to Your Promise when You appear
Perhaps some know Him not as our Lord above
Hold on to His Promise and you will know as the Dove
God's Eternal Love~~~
