 ~My Book of Life~ Mom and Dad have left this world Having passed unto the ages, And yet the Book of Life they wrote for me Is still full of so many loving pages...  Pages filled with warmth and caring And of a childhood filled with love, I talk to them still, even now As I gaze upon the stars above...  They guided me thru all the trials That life in its own way brings, They were always there when I needed them Truly the air beneath my wings... Each day that we were together as family The love within our family would grow, We were the lucky ones to know this love, A love that every child should know... They filled the pages of my Book of Life With lessons to carry me thru each day, Pages filled with love and understanding That I pass to my children in my own way... I miss them both very very much And yet I know that everything will be ok I only have to read the pages they wrote for me In my Book of Life each day...
