 Life is much like the Ocean Sometimes smooth but often tossed And like the ships at sea We sometimes can feel lost.  And sometimes it's just nice to know That no matter where we might roam There is always someone to guide us And bring us safely home. Life with all it's ups and downs Is still a journey in which we embark And for these moments when you feel alone Let me be your Lighthouse in the Dark. Let the beacon of my love Guide you safely to the shore And bring you peace and comfort Just like there was before. Standing tall and strong against the sky As your friend I will always care Like a Lighthouse in the Dark From far away you will see me there. Just remember that when life seems so cold And nothing seems to be going right Like a Lighthouse in the Dark My friendship will bring you through the night.
