A Dog For All Seasons

Santiki likes to run around come winter,
spring,summer and fall.

She always seems to be having a ball.

When it comes to summer,to some it can be too hot and quite a bummer.

But not for Santiki because she stays very cool.

Jumping in and out her kiddie pool.

Splishing and splashing,water everywhere.

Watch! She just might splash you,so beware.

Santiki,Willie and Shadow are in the pool playing all day long.

Tiki often stops by to visit,for here he too belongs.

Brothers,friends and even mates,to all of them this pool party day really rates.

We all sit outside in the sun,and watch the dogs have all their fun.

Wooing and howling loud and clear.

It's like sweet music to the ear.

The four of them go through the day having fun as they play.

At the end of the day,Tiki and I head out on our way.

We start to feel a little sorrow,but we know we can always return tomorrow.

So we drive on home,we have to go some miles.

As we drive we put on our smiles.

For true friends and family never part.

They stay with you always,and forever in your heart.

Later on,all the dogs go to their beds.

Its funny,but you seem to know whats going on in their heads.

As they rethink over their day,full of fun,love,hope and play.

As they sleep,smiles on their faces,tails wagging,paws moving to keep up their paces.

You see three of them are huskies,who love to pull sleds,even if only in their dreams,in their warm comfy beds.

Shadow is a German Shepherd,he keeps the pack on their toes.

Like a husky,he loves it when it snows.

Now you can see why we love them all,come winter,spring,summer and fall.
