	A block or two from the hotel was a shopping center called "Centrepoint" where I found McDonald's. Breakfast there was definitely cheaper than at the hotel, and simpler. An Egg McMuffin, a piece of hashbrown, coffee and OJ.
	Then I tried the Deli France across the hall and that was a lot nicer. Bigger portions and reasonable prices. From then on I became a steady customer there.
Then, after breakfast I would hop on the MRT to start sight seeing. Besides trips to Sentosa or the Zoo etc. I also fllled my days with other things. I spent one day visiting the Merlion and taking a Harbor Cruise. I Had dinner at Clarke Quay, visited St. Andrew's Cathedral. I wandered through shopping malls, took pictures of Singapore's skyline and some of its buildings and, of course, had a Singapore Sling at Raffles.
