Clarke Quay Page 2 The name of the restaurant was Amalfi and I ordered lasagna. It was like a little Italy in Singapore. What great taste. I had to toast the chef! After a nice dinner, I strolled along the Quay some more, thorougly enjoying the cool evening. Soon it was time to head for the hotel again. This day definitely ended up on a high note. Back for more.
