We are all different and our health needs differ. So I do hope you find something here that will be of some use for you.
I have only been sick about 3 times in my entire life. I have stayed at a healthy weight for my height. So I wanted to share some of the tips with you how this has been accomplished.
Also included in my links is the Institute for Vibrant Living website. Very helpful.
And a link to "Natural" cleaning products. Did you know when a woman/man uses many cleaning products they have 157 different chemicals in their system. This site has pure natural and good smelling Citrus cleaning products that work as well as the chemicals. I use them all.
The Vegetarian website link I put on here is full of information of how to decide if this is a lifestyle we can take on and stay healthy. The dos and dont's of this.
I truly did this for all of you. As I am a living example that this works for some people.

A few positive changes we can achieve by feeding our cells and organs correctly are these:
A good immune system
High energy levels
A smooth, clear soft rosy complexion.
Shiny strong thick hair.
Healthy teeth and gums. Of course we all know to achieve this we really need to take good care of our teeth and gums also.
Proper body weight for our height. Remembering that both overweight and underweight can be unhealthy.
Healthy joints.
Good eyesight.
Good emotional health.
Sharp brain activity.
Good liver function.
Good digestion.
Good sleeping habits.
Strong Bones, And so "much" more. Every organ in our body needs to be fed. And every cell is "alive" and needs fed correctly. And if given the proper nutrients, (live foods) They will keep working for us the way they are supposed to. Nutrition is life. And life is nutrition.
Some tips from me for you. Please do the research for yourself. As these are only my personal opinions from years of study.
Always remember everything doesn't work for everyone. Its also about genetics. But we can always improve our health in one way or another with enough study.

The key to good health is "balance". Just because Vitamins and herbs are good for us, doesn't mean we can't get to much.
Just because some junk food isn't good for us, doesn't mean we can't eat them in moderation. As long as we have all the nutrients in our system we need. Try not to go overboard on anything.
About Exercise, Let's be reasonable, Some can't do certain exercises due to bad joints and heart problems, Etc;. But everyone can do something to stay active.
Exercise can keep our heart and body healthy if we use it as a preventative measure. It can keep us from getting high blood pressure if we don*t already have it. Also a preventative measure.
Relaxation is also essential to good health. Yoga is a very good choice. And enough sleep. As that is when out bodies rejuvenate when sleeping. If you have a hard time sleeping, Talk to your doctor first, And research what you can do. Meditation does work for some.
Our bodies are made up of 70% water. So when we work out we need to replace the water lost when we sweat. Dehydration is very dangerous. Hydrate with "water" or sports drinks. "Not" pop or sugar drinks.
That balances out our electrolytes. Which is essential for good health. We don*t want our exercise routine to hurt us, We want it to benefit us. So use good judgment and listen to your pain if you are feeling any while exercising.
Yes we can hurt ourselves. Pain is there for a reason. To warn us to protect ourselves. So "listen" to it always.
Though we need "5" servings of vegetables a day, Most of us find it hard to get them each and every day. So on the Institute for Vibrant Living website on my main page, there is a powder called energy greens. That is like eating 5 servings of vegetables a day.
Sometimes I mix a tablespoon in a glass of grape juice when I know I am just going to be to busy to get my veggies that day.
Remember, Use moderation and balance in all you do, till you find the "correct" routine for you. Start slow. Maybe join a health and fitness club in your area. But please "don't" try this on your own.
Unless you have been given a clean bill of health from your doctor first.
Also, did you know that Garlic is a natural antibiotic? It sure is. And you can buy the deodorized type. And Vitamin C is always a good thing to take when you have a cold.
Many Herb teas have good benefits for many different things for our bodies. There is just so much to share. If you are interested, Just do some research. How important is your health to you? There are things you can do to feel better and build your immune system.
The fact that I was taught how to eat right when young and followed it, and never get sick, does tell me these things can work for some people. I wanted to share this with you
