The Univac 1107 Computer In the late 50s the Univac 1107 was the guidance computer for Bomarc missiles at Eglin AFB in Florida. Bob Murdock was in charge of its operation. It had much less capability than today's desktop computer, but it took a spare room just to house its memory. Ian Murdock supplied this photo along with an article for the Muse.
