MORE OF THE FAMILY

FRANCES, MY MOM

This is a glamour shot of my mom. She won't let me use any other pics, well, except for the next one.

This is an old (1970) shot of my mom and my sister Diane. Mama's kissing the birdy. I'm not sure if he's kissing back.

MY OLDEST SON, CHRIS

I waylaid Chris with the camcorder for this shot. He is 16 here.

Here's a closer shot. That shadow under his chin is a goatee he is growing. Must keep up with the latest hair styles I suppose. He kinda reminds me of the Highlander with that long hair.

OK, 2 weeks after I finally get him to hold still (barely) long enough for the previous pics, Chris decides to cut his hair and shave! Been growing that stuff for over a year and NOW he decides to change his image! I'm almost afraid to post this pic for fear of what he'll decide to change next, lol!

Five years later....................Chris has achieved legal adulthood! Yep, 21 years old! So why isn't he smiling? Just hates having his pic taken I guess. Oh well............

THE COLD-BLOODED FAMILY MEMBERS

Yes! The turtle finally gets his turn! This is Tiny. (The kids named him, don't look at me!) Chris found him in a small stretch of woods between a subdivision and a mall. He has been with us about 7 years. He lives in a large plastic bin. If it's warm enough, he stays in his pen outside That's his water bowl he is eyeing you from. I knew nothing about box turtles, so a quick trip to the library was in order. (Didn't have access to the internet back then.) They like to eat worms, bananas, strawberries, soft dog & cat food, raw hamburger, and turtle chow.

Big Fish and Blue are Japanese Koi. Koi's are a very hardy breed of goldfish, usually found in small garden ponds. These 2 live in a 30 gallon aquarium.
