From our house to yours

This is my favorite time of the year. I love the music, the specials on tv, and the excitement of shopping and surprising those we buy gifts for. I find it so amazing that one person could cause all this commotion. Of course, Christians everywhere are celebrating the birth of the Christ Child. But even those who are not Christians are caught up in the spirit of the season. Wouldn't it be wonderful if that spirit were to be felt all year round, instead of just for a few weeks?

I hope you will visit with me for a while. I don't have too much on my Christmas page this year. But I figure everyone enjoys reading "Twas the Night Before Christmas". Then there's the Florida version of the same poem. Also included is a true story of Santa. Then, the reason for the season.....The birth of our Lord....as told from the scriptures.
