Loosing weight is a constant battle for many of us, one I have struggled with for years..I believe I have tried every diet that has been written, lost many pounds in past weight loss experiences, only to have gained them back and more..Finally the reality of no quick fixes set in. In October of 2002, I joined the Weight Watchers Program and began my final attempt to weight loss, and healthier lifestyle, so far the program has been extremely successful for me..
The journey is not an easy task as I love to cook and I love to eat...However, I have learned that this journey isn't so much about fast weight loss, and quick fixes but rather a change in lifestyle.. Portion control, Journaling and a deeper awareness of eating habits are the key to success... I have a long journey ahead of me to reach my ultimate goal, but I also have support of my family and friends that keep me inspired to continue on my journey to a healthier me..

I have met many wonderful and supportive people through my WW meetings, online communications, and the awesome support of the WW Message and Community boards.. The inspiration, motivation, support and sharing of recipes among one another is certainly a large factor in my success and something I have truly become to rely on...
Many people have requested my recipes which has prompted me to add this section to my homepage...I have collected many, many wonderful recipes that I will be sharing with you..I don't own them or claim any rights to them..Most of them have been shared with me through meetings, WW leader's, friends, the Community Swap and Message boards of Weight Watchers...Due to WW Copyright of the Point system I have changed the points to read UNITS in the recipes I will be posting..
